Methodology, applicable to the classroom, to solve problems or to address challenges, offering solutions that respond to the real needs of people. Applies the way of thinking and working of design specialists, integrating approaches from different fields and methodologies. It favors and promotes empathy, intuition, creativity, and the generation of innovative ideas.


Empathy Map


The empathy map is a format that seeks to describe the ideal client of a company through the analysis of 6 aspects, related to the feelings of the human being. It can be done from questions that help to understand, to know the client and how to relate to him.


Imagine entering the mind of your target audience, understanding what they want, and thus offering more appropriate products, services, and care.
It seems unlikely, but, in a way, that can be done by means of some tools. One of these is the empathy map, a resource used to design the profile of your ideal client based on their feelings. This tool will help us to identify potential customers of our product or in our case a service.

Canvas model


The canvas model is the tool to analyze and create business models in a simplified way. It is viewed globally on a canvas divided into the main aspects that involve the business and revolves around the value proposition that is offered.
The canvas model is used to go from idea to project and translate our idea into a business model. It is a "living" model, that is, we are modifying as it develops, we are validating clients, new ideas arise.


Improve understanding: Use visual tools. This methodology encourages the creative thinking of the workers who create the canvas.

Broad focus points: This model maintains a constant vision of the business model from different perspectives: commercial, market, distribution channels ...
