Creativity
Creativity is an indispensable element of every human being; thanks to society, individuals and organizations have evolved and developed.
School kills creativity?
During class we analyzed a TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson. He claims that "school kills creativity" as educational systems around the world focus on students learning to follow specific orders and tasks on a repetitive basis. These repetitive tasks do not lead to new thoughts and ideas.
Robinson argues that schools are only teaching education and not creativity which is what the educational system should focus on. All children are born talented, have creativity and are not afraid of making mistakes. Now, when a child is told that he is doing something wrong, what happens in the first place is that he no longer wants to make another mistake, he stops trying new things and that is where people lose creativity. Robinson believes that this, making mistakes, is the only way to develop new ideas.
Creativity is a dynamic process, it is a living and changing force of the human being; In other words, it is the engine of personal development and has been the basis for the progress of every culture.

Creative thinking skills
Notably, creative thinking depends to some extent on personality characteristics related to independence, self-discipline, risk orientation, perseverance in the face of frustration, and a relative lack of concern for social approval. And that's why creative people develop complex personalities.
Motivation
Likewise, motivation is important to overcome obstacles that arise when confronting others. In this sense, motivation is the fuel that puts a person to work and allows him to overcome difficulties. According to the author, there are two types of motivation: motivation can be intrinsic (motivated by the deepest interest and involvement with work, curiosity, enjoyment, and a personal sense of challenge), or extrinsic (motivated by the desire to Earning a goal that is unrelated to the job itself, such as earning a reward, meeting a deadline, or winning a competition.
